Any data collected during the order processing process will NEVER be shared with any other company. We believe that your information must be held in a confidential manner.
Shipping & Handling
Why is shipping and handling so expensive?
As we wish we could offer our valued customers lower shipping and handling rates, the fact is we are a small company. As such, we do not qualify for preferred shipping rates with FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Moreover, the binder weights a little over 3 pounds.
How long does it take for Buttoned Up to ship my order?
Generally, orders are processed within the next business day. You should expect to receive in 5 to 7 business days.

What payment forms do you accept?
We accept only credit card payments for on-line purchases from the following credit card providers: American Express, Discover, Visa, & Master Card. To pay with check please allow extra processing time for your order to ship while we wait for your check to clear our bank. For checks, please enclose the purchase price plus $7.45 shipping for each item purchased. Make checks out to Buttoned Up, inc.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please include copy of invoice in all returns and exchanges. Returns/exchanges can only be made within 30 days after the date on the invoice. Please note if it is a return or exchange, and the size and/or color for exchange. Items that have been discontinued cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that have been worn, used or altered cannot be returned or exchanged. Reshipping charges may apply. Items must be returned PREPAID, IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNLESS DAMAGED. We cannot accept returns sent COD. We recommend shipping the return/exchange by a courier service so it can be tracked if need be. The original shipping charges are not refundable.

Can I use the CD-ROM included in the Life.doc with any computer?
Yes, you can use the CD-ROM with either a PC or MAC.
What software do I need in order to use the CD-ROM?
- If purchased prior to September 1, 2006: Acrobat Reader
- If purchased after September 1, 2006: Microsoft Word version 95 or higher.
- If you do not have Microsoft Word, see below.
What if I don’t have Microsoft Word installed on my computer?
If you do not currently have Microsoft Word on your computer, you will need to purchase it (available for sale at stores such as CompUSA) and install it.
If you want to test drive Microsoft Office, which includes Microsoft Word, you can try it before buying it by using their web-based trial version available here.
What do I do if the CD-Rom does not function properly?
