Free printable time management sheet

Ever wonder where your day goes?

Try keeping track of what you do in thirty minute increments this week. We’ll bet you’ll discover at least an hour every day that you could be using to do something more productive. That adds up quickly (two full weeks a year).

Love this time grid! You can also create your “almost perfect” day and keep it handy to see it!

i love this, but it stops at midnight and im always up later than that! x

  • Jillian Martino

I love this! Would you be able to make one that begins the day at 5 PM? I know that sounds silly, but I want a way to track my time management after I get out of work. Thanks!

I sometimes think you know something that i don’t. a schedule would give me more pressure (I think)

For some reason the download isn’t working today on this form (Dec.6th, 2011).  Any chance that could be fixed, it looks like a great one! 🙂 Thanks

Eirene – just tested it an it is working now.

Hi.. this link no longer shows the form. Is there somewhere else I could find it? Thanks!

I agree with Lauren- I’m almost always up past midnight, and I almost never get up before 7. Any way you can make a version for us night owls?

  • Hollie Sehrt

    Hi Jessica,
I whipped something up for you. Let me know if this helps!

Is there anyway to get hold of/purchase an interactive version of the form (like the daily schedule one you recently did). I love being able to fill them in on my ipad & save a few trees in the process too! :0)

  • Hollie Sehrt

Great idea! We’ll put it in the development queue. 🙂

You should offer a downloadable Excel version! I’m a huge fan of using Excel at work… I’m working on getting my life in order similarly to the way we keep projects on track at work.

Thanks for offering the Night Owl’s version! Us Night Owls are usually forgotten about since we don’t adhere to the same time schedules as the rest of the world 🙂

I Love the Idea of this, just wish maybe you could do one just from the morning through the work day. I tend to differentiate my work time and free time very deliberately.
