Yummy daily dinner recipes
What’s for dinner?
There’s almost nothing more stressful than trying to figure out what’s for dinner at 4:30pm. Especially if you know you’re coming home to a ravenous (yet somehow still picky) bunch.
There are so many incredible food bloggers out there, but when you’re crunched for time – romancing the food isn’t always helpful. Here are two resources that I have been turning to routinely in my quest to make good on my New Year’s resolution to cook more.
Resource #1: The Six O’Clock Scramble I have the cookbook and I subscribe to Aviva’s meal planning service online. As a novice cook, it really helps to have a week’s worth of menus delivered to my inbox once a week – complete with shopping list. I love that I can customize & switch out with others easily…or not. Definitely something worth looking into if you’ve got intentions to cook more at home this year.
Resource #2: SeriousEats.com Not only do I love to drool over the gorgeous food photography on this beautiful blog – but he also posts a daily recipe, which I’ve turned to more than once. I particularly love this one: Slow Roasted Salmon with Cabbage.
