2010 is here and it is marks the beginning and a fresh start. This year can be anything you make it and therefore today is an exciting day! Most people create resolutions around weight loss, but if you do one thing this January commit to beating the post holiday bloat. Be mindful of the foods that you put into your body, eat fruits and vegetables along with protein and you will feel fuller longer. Commit to exercising thirty minutes a day, whether it is a midday walk or a yoga class. Try to challenge yourself and make the 30 minute exercise apart of your daily tasks. You’ll feel healthier and have a sense of accomplishment. Good luck and may this year bring success to all the goals you have set!
